Yoga Centered™
On-demand videos to help you practice personal belonging any time, anywhere.
A growing digital library of yoga, guided meditations, recorded talks and rituals that keep you grounded, regulated and ready to lead connection. Rooted in Katonah Yoga®, storytelling and play, from Eli Walker, creator of Drunk Yoga®.
You cannot pour belonging into a room from an empty, dysregulated place. If you lead a team, host events or hold a culture together, you spend your days being "on" for everyone else. UplifTV is where you refill.
It is the take-home library behind everything we teach: yoga to move you, meditations to still you and recorded talks to remind you why any of this matters. Together they regulate your nervous system, get you out of your head and reconnect you, in your body and in your thinking, to what belonging actually feels like. Practice with it and you do not just feel steadier. You become the kind of grounded presence that gives a whole room permission to settle.
Practice anytime, anywhere. The library keeps growing.

What to Expect
These are not touch-your-toes-and-call-it-a-day sessions. Every practice is intentional, weaving Eli's storytelling, Katonah Yoga®-inspired sequences, non-cheesy connective prompts and carefully built playlists, and closing with space to reflect and integrate. You tend to leave more yourself than when you arrived.
Built first for the people who set the emotional tone in a room: team leaders, managers, founders, facilitators, event hosts and community builders. Especially if you have experienced an Uplift program and want to keep the practice alive between sessions.
It also serves anyone who wants to feel belonging in their own body and life, using the same method.
Use it to:
Reground and recenter after long days of being "on" for other people
Regulate your nervous system so you can hold a room when it gets tense
Turn abstract belonging ideas into felt, embodied experience
Build rituals that steady you when work gets life-y
Fill your own cup first, so you have something real to give everyone else
The only requirement: a willingness to be pleasantly surprised by what your body already knows about belonging that your brain has not figured out yet.

The Human Behind the Mat
For 15 years, I’ve been creating spaces where people feel seen, blending evidence-based practices with real-world wisdom. But my journey with belonging has been anything but linear. I’ve spent my life searching for that elusive sense of home (in places, people, and in purpose). Through yoga, however - (particularly Katonah Yoga® for its roots in Taoism & sacred geometry) - along with immersive storytelling and ritualizing play, I learned that belonging isn’t something we find, it’s something we cultivate.
Now, with UplifTV, I’m sharing the tools and frameworks I’ve developed so you can do the same.
You won’t find spiritual bypassing or toxic positivity here; just honest conversation, practical yoga, killer playlists and the occasional perfectly timed inappropriate joke (chef’s kiss).
See you on the internet!
