You care about creating meaningful, uplifting experiences for your employees.

Still, you struggle to find new ways to spice up your company off-site without going overboard on operations (or your budget).

Drunk Yoga® / Lift Your Spirit(s)™ Yoga

The viral sensation that started it all: our yoga drinking game with beverage in hand (coffee, wine, juice, coconut water…whatever makes you feel like your “cup is full!”). These bespoke, beginner-friendly interactive yoga sessions make wellness and community-building a one-stop solution.

Connect n’ Stretch

All the fun of Drunk Yoga® with none of the drinking. These experiences use the P.L.A.Y. Method and gentle yoga to foster camaraderie and recharge your people while reigniting a passion for engaging the collective.

FAQs

  • Wherever you (our awesome client) tell us to go! Eli lives in the Hudson Valley, NY—(about an hour north of NYC)—so corporate retreats in New York, New Jersey or Connecticut are considered “local.” That said, Eli and her team of instructors often travel across the country as well as internationally to facilitate our social wellness experiences for off-sites and conferences upon request.

  • If your off-site is taking place in Upstate, New York, then yes! Since Eli lives in Beacon, NY, she partners with nearby retreat centers in the Catskills, Hudson, and neighboring local cities, as well as professional local event planners to help her corporate retreat clients find the perfect venues and vendors for their company off-sites.

  • We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for customization. However, we’re happy to accommodate tighter timelines whenever possible.

  • Pricing varies based on the type of event and services required. All bookings include consultation, planning, and facilitation. Travel and accommodation costs (if applicable) are billed separately.

  • Yes! Many of our workshops and experiences can be delivered virtually, offering the same level of engagement and connection as in-person events.

Hi! I’m Eli.

A woman smiling, sitting next to a desk with a microphone, laptop, and phone, wearing jewelry, in black and white.

After earning a BFA in Acting from NYU and teaching yoga globally, I discovered my superpower: helping people belong within live experiences. In 2017, I married storytelling and mindful movement to create Drunk Yoga®—breaking yogic convention by infusing it with happy hour energy. As it grew to international acclaim, I learned to translate those same theatrical devices into a methodology for authentic community-building and sustainable belonging.

The secret? Belonging is built through play. Play gets us off autopilot and into the present moment—the only place belonging can be sparked. Corporate retreats and off-sites are perfect for this transformation, creating ideal environments for teams to let go of old stories and strengthen trust through collective experience.
