LEARN TO LEAD GATHERINGS THAT SHAPE JOY

“Belonging” is a performance that can be artfully curated in group settings. As the performer, you make deliberate choices about what character you’re playing in the context in which you’re gathering, where you gather, and why.

As a yoga instructor, how will help your students--your audience--feel more empowered, joyful and connected to those around them?

When we finesse our yoga teaching so that it’s interactive rather than introspective, we break down the “4th wall” that typically serves to separate the audience from the performer. In this way, we get on the “same page” as our students and earn their trust in a more profound way that allows us to cultivate communal joy through shared belonging.

If you’re passionate about making yoga accessible to all, teaching the art of joy, and of course, having fun, this is the training for you. Come laugh, be yourself, and join our community.
